COVID-19 Update

As we work together through this challenging time, we are also working hard to be able to provide you the same services with a few changes while keeping you safe.

The following outlines both previous policies that are still in place and new procedures that are in effect December 9, 2020.

​

• No more than 5 people in our building at one time, we ask that one customer is in the building at one time. 

• Service is by appointment only. If you have not made an appointment, you must call (780) 222-0677 prior to entering the building

• We encourage online payments and contactless pick-ups whenever possible

• All employees and customers must wear a mask and sanitize hands before entering our facility

• Masks must also be worn outdoors when being assisted by our employees

• Anyone who is exhibiting Covid-19 symptoms or is sick will not be allowed access to our building

• We practice frequent handwashing and sanitization of all surfaces regularly

• We still provide in-home pet pickups, however some procedures have changed with stricter guidelines. We will do our best to accommodate our customers, however in all scenarios we strive for as little in-person contact as possible. If you require this service, please contact us about your specific case so we can complete the transfer while keeping everyone safe.

• Our employees are not allowed to come come to work if they have symptoms of Covid-19 or are feeling ill. We have a strict return to work policy that ensures any employees returning to work have been told by Alberta Health Services that it is safe to do so.
