Pet Transfers
Our professional staff are trained in providing the best care while completing a pet transfer. We are gentle, timely and dependable.
With a dedicated transfer vehicle equipped with all appropriate supplies (including blankets and pillows), you can be sure your pet is in good hands with us.
How it Works:
1. Depending on where your pet has passed, you may have your veterinarian contact us to complete a transfer from the clinic.
2. Alternatively you may contact us directly to arrange a transfer from your home or other location.
3. One of our transfer specialists will pick up your pet and bring back to our facility.
4. We will contact you to discuss the next steps with you.
IF YOU ARE BRINGING YOUR PET TO US ON YOUR OWN, PLEASE CALL AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH US SO WE CAN ENSURE THAT WE ARE PREPARED FOR YOUR ARRIVAL.
TRANSPORTATION FEES

PICKUPS DURING BUSINESS HOURS - $100.00

PICKUPS AFTERHOURS AND WEEKENDS - $175.00

PICKUPS ON A STAT HOLIDAY - $200.00
The above prices include up to 50km round trip. Additional km's will be charged at $1.25/km
An Alternative
You may bring your pet to our facility on your own. Please call us before you bring your pet so we can prepare for your arrival.
There is no fee to bring your pet to us on your own during regular business hours.
Please note that if you are bringing your pet to us after hours or on weekends there will be an additional fee of $50.00.
If it is a statuatory holiday, there will be an additional fee of $75.00.
Losing a pet is equal to losing a family member. Pets aren't like family, they are family.
